1 Introduction and Acceptance

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional bonus may only be used once, and claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Bonuses must be used before their designated expiry period ends; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on ck4440 is governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• ck4440 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds or betting information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system malfunction.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection, that bet will not be considered valid.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded where applicable.
• If an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is detected in a match or event, the related bets may be subject to review.

Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ck4440 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice, for any reason and particularly in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Long-term inactive accounts (once the defined inactivity period has elapsed).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat or email. Pending bets must be settled and any valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-exclusion is also available as part of responsible gaming.
